Once the return has been sent to IRS and accepted, there is no ability to change it.
IRS will try to send to the bank account on the return, if not accepted at that bank, IRS will mail you a check.
To check if the IRS has accepted the return go to https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/.
If IRS did not accept your return, you can update the bank information and re-file through e-file.
