Card issue

I filed my taxes and requested a turbo card and received it but i had mistyped my birthday. I had to amend my taxes and correct the mistake but iv been waiting 3 weeks on the new card?

So this is going to sound crazy but I need a new card issued because I had checked my return status and pdf from and saw an account number and routing number that i didn’t recognize and h thought it was a person stealing my identity when the whole time it was just green dot corporations bank in California so I called to cancel the card and now it’s saying I can’t have a new card issued but I need a new one for the stimulus payment please help someone

@BishopHankerson, Are you stating that the bank information on your return does not match the bank information for your current prepaid card? Please see the answer provided here from @MichelleLO. If you still need more assistance, feel free to respond to this thread.
