Cannot update direct deposit info

It does not allow me to update my direct deposit information. I went through all the steps and got to the last part to submit it, I just need to enter in the payment info, I checked both boxes of trying to get it up to 5 days early and trying to get it on the set day and both boxes has my old direct deposit information prefilled. It does not allow me to update it. I even tried to go through all of it and I didnt select the box that says "my account information is correct" but it still makes me check it off when it is wrong. Is there a bug? Please do not give me a copy paste answer. I looked at other questions like this but it does not help.

I was able to figure this out, please disregard my message. You can select the 3rd option that says something like "send in the mail" & after you've confirmed your payment it will walk you through the steps of updating your dd info.
