Cannot transmit returns in the TurboTax Deluxe 2023 Windows software

I got this message when I try to transmit.

We can't e-file your return because we areunable to locate the attachment at /attachment/Form8949ExceptionReportingStatement-1.pdf.Please go back and re-attach it. Then try efiling again.
