Can't get status of returns

I E-Filed through Turbotax on January 14th. My state was filed a week later because a form wasn't yet available. Turbotax told me that my federal was accepted on February 10th and my state February 12th.  I have been checking the Where's my refund tool through IRS and my state daily.  Everytime I do this, it says that my info doesn't match. On BOTH. I verified through Turbotax that all the info was correct. I don't even get a " pending" or " Processing. " Just that my info doesn't match. I have tried to call IRS and can't get through. I have called Turbotax and they said that its fine. But I don't see how its just " fine " if other people are able to use the tools?

Unfortunately, the IRS WMR site (over which TT has no control) has been cranky lately. I suspect it is due to trying to do a large number of status updates.  Users on other tax software websites are also having this issue.

I have heard this, but I also am told by Michigan state that my info doesn't match either. I find that weird.  I have been trying every day for weeks.

Well, Michigan says to allow two weeks from the date you received confirmation that your e-filed state return was accepted before checking for information.  I know you're beyond that, but the state might not update every day, so you could be between cycles.  And right now (6:40 pm Eastern time, Sunday, 2/28/2021) the site says this:

We are currently experiencing intermittent system issues, resulting in a delay of updated refund information. This includes the automated voice response system and e-services. We are working to resolve the problem. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
