Can not print return to mail. got message : printer has experienced an unexpected configuration problem 0x8007007e

You may need to update the printer's software using the online update feature (either Windows or the manufacture's website).

After Windows 10 update 6-13-20, Turbo Tax "unexpected printer configuration error 0x8007007e." Updated printer drivers successfully for HP 1320 Laser Jet. Microsoft Word and Excel print fine.  Turbo Tax does not print even after driver update.

Same problem

Windows OS had some updates this week so make sure you have them installed and reboot your computer.  Then with the downloaded program save the PDF and use the PDF reader to print the return ... don't try to do so from the FORMS mode.
