Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flashdrive.
Are you referring to your 2016 return? It is now too late to e-file a 2016 return. When you locate your return, you will need to use instructions for completing a return you started online and finish it using desktop software. It will then have to be printed, signed and mailed.
Did you try the recovery tool? Lots of people think they only have one account and are amazed to find that they really have more than one. We see it multiple times every day.

Thank you for your support.
I am referring to 2017, I've been trying to access it to complete and file appropriately, and it's now effecting my healthcare and student loans. I really need this taken care of asap and need assistance. Is there a customer service number for turbo tax??
You are confused about the tax year. Nobody--nobody--has filed a 2017 tax return. Nobody will file a 2017 tax return until early in 2018. So if you are looking for a tax return that says 2017 you are looking for the wrong thing. You need to file your 2016 return. The answer given to you previously explains to you how to do that.
I had paid for turbo tax for 2016 over $100, and the return was almost complete, and now it doesn't seem to exist. I've been trying to access it for months, and only have small time windows to attend to the issue
If you paid for your 2016 TurboTax fees already, then you can contact customer support to push a download of the 2016 desktop software to your account. You need to do that and then use the desktop software to complete your 2016 return. Now that you know you are looking for a 2016 return (NOT 2017) use the recovery tool to locate the account with the 2016 return you started.
