To call TurboTax customer support

Customer support is available from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific time daily
must not be "in season" yet. I have tried the following method every day for the past 7.
no call back....
Sorry you are having trouble. This is ---- of course ---- the heart of the tax season. Are you trying during normal business hours?
Are you using the desktop download and are you trying to get help from an expert?
Or are you using one of the online "Live" versions?

I have tried every day since last Sunday.
I thought this was a 7 day help tool , this time of year.
Curious that I was given a call back time every attempt and not a, 'call during business hours message'.
I guess this week I will try only during the 9-5 window.
FYI
You are the only one to answer me in this forum since last Monday.
I have tried multiple question versions to get help to no avail.
thanks for answering and proving I was not reaching out in vain.
from within the desktop deluxe version for mac I click on the "Connect With An Expert" button and get a call back time like this;

And no one calls back. same result every day for 9 days.
The fee has been drafted from my bank.
What do I do next?
