Broken pdf file?

I am trying to amend my 2017 return (I filled my return online and now trying to amend it using the TurboTax Software): Finished entering the information, and saved the pdf file on Mac.

When I open the file, the file looks broken!

Here is what I have in the first page of 1040X:

When I try to file my amendment, I see the following page:

When I click on "Print Returns", it does not ask me to choose anything. I opens the print dialog box. And the output is like what I posted above.
