Auto debit, no receipt sent

I just paid my auto debit before it would come out of my bank. It went to the "thank you for your payment" page...but was not taken out of my account nor did I receive an email saying it was paid. Is there a way someone could look into this?

This would be something you need to contact customer service over the phone so they can look into it. We have no way to access your account online with this public forum.
