Audit question schedule b Ohio taxes

I have been told that I owe Ohio over $2000. TurboTax gave me a $24,246 credit from schedule b. Ohio says I should have had a $920 credit and owe tax on the rest. I don’t know which is correct and would like to talk to someone who can help.

This is a user to user forum. You can probably get help from this forum by providing more detail on what the ODOT notice says. To contact TurboTax (TT) support, for help, see:

@Hal_Al - Would you care to comment on this post from Ohio?

Not enough information. What year? Ohio hasn't had a schedule B in several years. $24K credits are unheard of. It's more likely a Schedule A deduction, of which there are several.
One possibility: You are not allowed to deduct all you medical expenses, only the portion that exceeds 7.5% of your federal AGI.
