I need to amend 2018, 2019 and 2020 returns within Turbotax to correct rental property days of personal use, depreciation and Form 8582 unallowed losses. I will amend starting with 2018, but how will the 2018 amendments feed to the 2019 update for amendment? Does Turbotax handle all of that or do I have to manually update forms all the way through to 2021? And I've already downloaded the 2020 data to start my 2021 return. Thank you.

No, unfortunately when you amend depreciation and amounts of allowed expenses, these changes can't be automatically rolled into the next year.
You will need to correct the starting depreciation and unallowed losses for 2019, 2020 and 2021 manually.
