Amended return does not change refund, should i still mail it in

While preparing my taxes with TurboTax online this year I noticed that i forgot to enter income from a 1099-misc for a rental property last year.  I went ahead and followed the instructions to fill out an amended return and see that the amount of payment (i had to pay last year) did not change.  The only forms that changed were my schedule E and my Form 8582. Since I did not include the income, i showed a loss of $16,128 on the original return. Now when i add the income from the 1099-misc. i still have a loss but it is only $188.  I guess since i STILL have a loss, I do not have to pay any more money or receive a refund.  Should i STILL send in my amended return?

Yes. You should mail the amended tax return in, since your rental income did increase. However, you should wait to mail it until the original return has been finalized.
