Since TT is no longer participating in the IRS FREE FILE program any longer if you need to amend a return that was filed that way you must contact TT support to get a download of the amendment program.

Not working in what way exactly? If you mean you cannot e-file the amended returns, that is right. They have to be mailed.
Error message: "Amending a prior year return is not currently supported by IRS Free File Program delivered by TurboTax" after clicking on Amend (change) 2019 return same with Amend (change) 2020 return. Just trying to correct the State portion only. Don't need to correct the Fed portion.
