Advance

It said that I was approved for a $500 advance and both of my returns have now been accepted (Fed initially at like 1pm and now state at 9pm) and i have still not heard anything about my advance. Where is it? It is definitely starting to become clear that the advertising of this service was deceptive.

Please make sure the primary taxpayer's information on the return matches the information in the Credit Karma account. If it does, please contact Credit Karma on their Contact Us page.

Lol you have a better chance of getting struck by lightning than you do actually getting through to customer service. Been on the phone with them for an hour already because they randomly locked my account.
