Please check not only your Inbox, but also your junk/email folder.  Verify what email address TurboTax has on file for you.

If you qualify for a Refund Advance and are approved for the Turbo Visa Debit Card, you’ll be notified by email within one hour of e-filing your return, of the approved amount  If your request was denied you will receive an email stating that fact and a second one from First Century Bank NA explaining why.

You will be provided with instructions on how to set up your Turbo Card Account.   If you received a Refund Advance last year, you will need to create a new account to see your Refund Advance funds for this year.   You won't see the funds if you log in with the account you made last year.

Once your online account is set up, then you must wait for the IRS to accept the return you have e-filed to them.  Within 48 hours of your return being accepted by the IRS, your advance funds will be deposited and available for spending online using a temporary card, while you wait for the physical card to arrive 5-10 business days  after IRS acceptance.

The rest of your refund (minus any TurboTax fees) will be loaded on the same Turbo Card as your Refund Advance, typically within 21 days from IRS acceptance. You’ll be able to spend the money anywhere Visa is accepted in the U.S. This includes physical and online stores.

If you created a Turbo Visa Debit Card online account and have funds available but you’re unable to use your temporary card number for online purchases, call us toll-free at (888) 285-4169.

The Refund Advance is a loan based on your federal return, not your state. Your state refund will go to whichever source you selected during the filing process. The refund date you see on your state's website  doesn't include the days the bank may take to process a direct deposit.  It could take anywhere from 24 hours to a few days depending on how your bank processes them.
