The best way to locate your Direct Deposit date once it has been issued, is to track your refund.

You can track your refund by using this link, it will assist you in tracking your state and federal refund.

There have been several customers who have posted they either have a direct deposit date, or they have received their refund already.

This is also a helpful article, in case the PATH act applies to your situation.

Where’s my refund on the irs website

It can take anywhere from a few hours to 3 weeks to update. Until the IRS starts processing it on their own, you may not find record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated accordingly. Continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund?  tool for updates. Updates are made daily, usually overnight. You may also download the IRS2Go app to check your Federal refund status.

If accepted by the IRS, please see the link below for checking the status of your refund:

https://www.irs.gov/refunds

The IRS expects to issue 9 out of 10 refunds within 21 days, as opposed to 4-6 weeks for a check in the mail. If it's been over 21 days since you were accepted by the IRS and the tax refund is still processing,  you can call the IRS and speak with an IRS agent concerning your tax refund.

Honestly this doesn’t say much. I don’t know why people keep repeating it. Last year I had my refund in my bank account before where’s my refund even updated 💁🏻

Mine was accepted 1/30 no movement yet. Kind of frustrated. I had my refund in my hand in five days last year.

I'm still waiting, no update, nothing new.

I claimed an EIC. Does that make a difference?

When did you file your taxes, and did you claim any dependents?

Yes. EITC Iis being held until end of feb, early March

So is it your federal return that you're getting? Were you an early filer?

Mine was accepted 1/27, since then there’s been no change in my status on the IRS site. I don’t have the EITC thing, either.

Agreed, last year it was much quicker and transparent. I don’t mind waiting, but there’s been no change since my return was filed and then accepted 10 days ago.

That doesn't help. Please include your file and accepted dates.

I filed on 1/12, and it was accepted by the IRS on 1/27
