So I just talked to one of the foreign outsourced "specialist" for the prepaid card. Even though I didn't successfully file my taxes until June 10th, these jerks had the nerve to claim they first mailed my card out on February 21st? Huh?
That was when I first attempted to file but it didn't go through cause I did not have my previous year AGI. So your telling me a prepaid card was mailed to someone who's taxes didn't even go through, I'm honestly supposed to sit here and believe that?
Now I was told a "replacement card" is being sent and should be here by July 8th. Completely ruining my plans and **bleep**ing me over! TurboTax/Intuit is a scam, never again!
Mind you if had not called them so that I can track my card God knows how long I would've been waiting! Absolutely **bleep**ing deplorable
Just so you know, the prepaid card would never have funds on it until the IRS issues your tax refund, so it is possible that an unfunded card was sent to you when you first attempted to file. You say you finally e-filed successfully in June.
TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 20a of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

On the IRS site you are also offered the use of an app called IRS2Go

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.
