a bill

This is Gregory, i received a bill, from turbotax for 130.00 that was supposed to be handled through my refund, yall approved my info charged me and 8 weeks later i get a letter saying my refund was declined and i had to refile and it cost me more money and i still havent received anything now i get the charge but i should not have to pay for something that was not used as it was said to be. Ive used this site for more than 10 years and i think this needs to be handled the right way
