8453-CORP

I have two S Corps. I accidentally attached the wrong 8453-CORP form to a return and transmitted. I rec’d emails indicating both a successful transmission and accepted. How do I get the correct 8453-Corp form to I R S?

And can I go ahead and transmit my personal return with the K1 in the meantime?

You do not need to send a new form 8453-C unless it is requested by the IRS. Since the IRS has accepted the e-filed return then your return is being processed. The incorrect 8453-C does not change the tax return calculation information so you should go ahead and use the K1 to file your returns.
