In the community we do not have access to information about your refund.
If you want specific information you will have to call TurboTax Customer service. Here is a link: Turbo Tax Customer Service
Where's my Refund is the most accurate information as it is directly from the IRS. Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund. The TurboTax site can only update if the information is provided for the software to update. This doesn't always happen so the information shown on TurboTax could be behind.
The IRS is who is issuing your refund, not TurboTax, so the IRS has the most up to date information.
Here are a couple FAQs to track your refund:
When will I get my federal tax refund?
How do I track my state refund?
Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"?
If the IRS web site says they are mailing a check, then probably the direct deposit (which would have been to SBTPG) failed, meaning the IRS is directly mailing you a check and all the middlemen are being cut out. So the middlemen won't have any info about your refund. It is now a check direct from the IRS.
They mailed me a check today and it’s not from the irs it says Intuit then the bank is the Cross River Bank nj and everywhere I went to cash it says they would have to put a 7-9 day hold on it cause it’s a 3rd party check. Don’t know what to do or who to contact but the check says from Intuit. Weren’t able to dd into my account so they sent a check. I was 5 days early and my state got deposited fine. Idk

OK, in that case the direct deposit from the IRS to the middleman succeeded, but the deposit from the middleman to your bank failed. Probably your bank didn't trust the middleman (which they are also holding the funds for verification).
There's nothing else for you to do at this point. If you want to know why your bank is having trouble with the middleman bank, that's not something you are going to be able to fix, that's a policy issue at a much higher level than the individual customer.
What date did your account say they mailed it? Mine says 2/20 the same day the DD failed but I’m trying to get an estimate on when it might actually be mailed/arrive?
