48 hour hold

I was put on a 48 hour hold for using a different email this year. I contacted customer service and been getting the run around. It has been well past 48 hours and still in the dark about everything. Advice?

Have you tried logging back into your account?  What steps did you take before the hold - Did you start a new account or were you just attempting to change personal information?
