2021 Refund amount on amended return

After filing and receiving our tax refund for 2021 we found that we needed to amend the 2021 return.

When we started working on the amended return we saw that the refund amount shown at the top of the page did not match the refund amount that we had received.

There seems to be calculation errors in the amended program.

This error amount also shows in the "File by mail Instructions" page.

I have scans showing the errors.

Because of these errors I am unable to file my amended return for 2021

Although we have limited resources in this public forum, we would like to take a deeper look at this. In order to do so, we need a diagnostic file which is a copy of your tax return that has all of your personal information removed. You can send one to us by following the directions below:

TurboTax Online:

Sign in to your online account.
Locate the Tax Tools on the left-hand side of the screen.
A drop-down will appear. Select Tools
On the pop-up screen, click on “Share my file with agent.”
This will generate a message that a diagnostic file gets sanitized and transmitted to us.
lease provide the Token Number that was generated in the response.

TurboTax Desktop/Download Versions:

Open your return.
Click the Online tab in the black bar across the top of TurboTax and select “Send Tax File to Agent”
This will generate a message that a diagnostic copy will be created. Click on OK and the tax file will be sanitized and transmitted to us.
Please provide the Token Number that was generated in the response.

I have sent the diagnostic copy as suggested. The token number is 979694.
