I filed my 2019 taxes on February 27th 2020. I did have to send in an extra paper a month or so later for something I missed when e-filing. I have yet to receive my refund. When I would check the status it would say processing but now almost a year later it tells me my information is incorrect and they can not tell me my status. Also they wont connect me when I call the IRS. Can anyone help me?
