What is your question concerning a 2018 Tax Return?  This is NOT a chat room but a message board.  You need to describe in detail what you are needing to do and then someone will be able to help you.

PA offered a refund to people who had low  income. My printer was not working & I had to buy a new one in order to print these forms out. It’s not a tax refund it’s something different that required it too be printed not e-filed.

@Tabitha

If you are referring to your 2018 tax return and had a withdrawal from a 401(k) account then the taxable amount of the withdrawal should have been reported on your federal tax return Form 1040 Line 4b.

There will be a Form 1099-R worksheet included with the tax return if you reported the withdrawal.  Use Print Center to download your tax return to include worksheets.

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2018 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
