Please see this FAQ.

https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/agi/help/how-do-i-find-last-year-s-agi/00/25947

Do you have a copy of your 2017 return?  Was it prepared in Online TurboTax?  If so, log in and at the Tax Home, go to the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents".  Expand that section and choose tax year 2017.  There should be a free link to "view adjusted gross income (AGI.)"    Or you can use the link "download/print the PDF."  The PDF may be locked, however, if you used Free Edition in 2017 and 2018.  We can tell you how to pay to unlock it, or how to get a free tax return transcript.

NOTE:  If you filed the 2017 return real late in the year last year such as November 2018 or later, you can use an AGI of 0.

The 2017 return was file through another carrier and I don't have access to it.

@Lazettecheri

You can get a free transcript from the IRS:

https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

Another option is to print, sign and mail your 2018 return.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
