1095-c form

I was wondering since I received a form and of course I didn’t know if should have enter the information but I already filed help please

You do not need to enter any information from Form 1095-C in your tax return. This form indicates your health insurance coverage for the year and you should keep it with your records. The penalty for not being enrolled in health insurance was eliminated in 2019 so there is nothing to enter on your tax return.
