1095-B

I already filed and received my tax returns but I just received my health insurance 1095-B paperwork in the mail. Is there still time to add it in or am I screwed until next year?

No problem.  You don't enter a 1095B or C anymore.  Just enter 1095A.

Then why did I get a letter today from the IRS saying they want a copy of my 1095-A?

I have a 1095-B and nothing else so what's up?

@sattamander1 "If you bought health insurance through one of the Health Care Exchanges, also known as Marketplaces, you should receive a Form 1095-A which provides information about your insurance policy, your premiums (the cost you pay for insurance), any advance payment of premium tax credit and the people in your household covered by the policy."  Reference:  What is Form 1095-A: Health Insurance Marketplace Statement

You will receive a 1095-A in the mail if the above applies to you.  You can also use the following resource to find your 1095-A online:  https://www.healthcare.gov/downloads/how-to-find-form-1095-a-online.pdf

Once you've located your 1095-A, you will need to revisit your return to add this information to generate a Form 8962.  You will then mail this to the IRS.  Refer to the following TurboTax FAQ for instructions:  The IRS is requesting Form 8962 for 2019 - Community
