How do I update a declined credit card for a TurboTax Advantage order?

Follow these steps to update your credit card info. Once it's updated, we'll retry your order for the current tax year.

  • Under Payment Methods, select View.

  • Select Edit and update your billing and shipping info.

  • Select Save.

  • Your info will be updated and your order will be processed.
