Statement from the Oklahoma Tax Commission: "If the return was e-filed, taxpayers can generally begin checking on their refund about four business days after the return was accepted by the Oklahoma Tax Commission. If the return was paper filed, taxpayers should wait about three weeks to begin checking on their refund.
"Once processed, allow 5 business days for the deposit to be made to a bank account. For debit card refunds, allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
"Visit the OTC website at tax.ok.gov and click on the Visit OKTAP link, which will lead to our Oklahoma Taxpayer Access Point (OkTAP)."
Once there, select Where's My Refund? under Individuals. The state will ask you to enter the exact amount of your expected refund in whole dollars. You can find this by signing in to TurboTax. If you're using the mobile app, you may need to scroll down to find your refund amount.
The refund date you'll see doesn't include the days your financial institution may take to process a direct deposit or the time a paper check may take to arrive in the mail. If you still have questions about your state tax refund, contact the Oklahoma Tax Commission
As much as we would like to help, TurboTax does not distribute refunds, only the IRS or your state tax agency can legally do so.
