Deceased dependent without SSN does not autopopulate died in the SSN field

Some TurboTax Online customers who had a child who was born and died this tax year and did not have a SSN may be experiencing an issue when completing their return.

- Select Federal Review.
- On the Let’s take care of these details now screen, select Answers to review, and then select Review.
- In Check This Entry, in the dependent’s SSN entry field, enter DIED.
- Select Continue.
- Continue through the rest of the federal review.
