How do I change my refund method?

Follow these steps to change your refund method before you file:
Open your return in TurboTax.
Go to File in the left menu.
Next to Step 2: Your refund info select Revisit.
Choose your desired refund method on the How would you like to pay your federal taxes? screen and select Continue.
You can't change your refund method after filing, unless your return was rejected.
