Follow these steps to import your Uber income into TurboTax:

  • Navigate to the self-employment screen:

    • TurboTax Online/Mobile: Go to self-employment income under Wages & Income.

    • TurboTax Desktop:

      • Go to Federal Taxes.

      • Go to Wages & Income

      • Search for self-employment income.

  • When asked the type of self-employment work you do, enter Uber or rideshare driving.

  • Answer a few questions about your driving work. If importing from your Uber account is available, you’ll be offered the option.
