You'll get this message when our system is unable to locate a TurboTax Online account with the information you've provided:

Oops! No match found. Make you are using the information for the primary taxpayer (first person listed on the tax return).

Double-check your primary taxpayer information. It should match your previously completed/filed tax return.

Note: If you're a CD/Download user, are attempting to access TurboTax Advantage Accounts or Downloads, or haven't completed a tax return online you may not be able to pass this screen. If you don't have access to your email and can't login to your TurboTax account, complete the Account Recovery Request Submission Form.
