Failed adoption attempt box is getting checked when you finalize adoption credit info in TurboTax Online

When going through the Adoption section of TurboTax Online, after selecting I finalized the adoption in 2020 on the Let us know which one applies to your adoption screen, the section is completed. But when looking at the completed forms, some customers are seeing the yes box for Was this a failed adoption attempt being checked.
