Where should I enter New Jersey Family Leave Insurance (NJ FLI)?
by TurboTax• Updated 6 months ago
Some employers mistakenly put New Jersey Family Leave Insurance in box 15 or 17 on the W-2.
To ensure correct calculations, always enter New Jersey Family Leave Insurance in box 14, even if your W-2 form has it in a different box. Enter NJ FLI TAX as the box 14 description and enter the amount.
When you get to Let's review your box 14, select NJ FLI tax from the dropdown menu and continue.
