Why am I going back and forth between 2 errors in TurboTax Online when entering a 1099-R from a non-qualified plan?

Some TurboTax Online customers may be experiencing an issue with receiving 2 different errors in Review requiring no entry chosen and requiring an entry chosen when entering 1099-Rs from non-qualified annuities.
