How do I get a replacement for a lost or damaged TurboTax CD?

If your newly purchased 2023 TurboTax CD is damaged or defective, mail it within 60 days of receipt to:

Intuit Returns Department
PO Box 580926 (for shipments, use Door 20, 11500 80th Ave. instead.)
Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158

Include a dated receipt or packing slip. Once we receive your CD, we'll mail a replacement to your address on file.

Retail purchases: Ask if your retailer will exchange the CD. If they won't, send it to the above address within 60 days of purchase, along with a dated receipt. This won't affect your rights under our TurboTax Satisfaction Guarantee.

To get a replacement CD for TurboTax 2020–2022 software (or 2023 software beyond the 60-day replacement window), contact us for a downloadable copy.

We no longer provide replacements for TurboTax 2019 or earlier.
