How do I get a replacement for a lost or damaged TurboTax CD?

If your newly-purchased 2022 TurboTax CD is damaged or defective, mail it within 60 days of receipt to Intuit Returns Department, PO Box 580926 (for shipments, use Door 20, 11500 80th Ave instead), Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158.

Include a dated receipt or packing slip. Once we receive your CD, we'll mail a replacement to your address on file.

Retail purchases: Ask if your retailer is willing to exchange the CD. If they refuse, send it to the above address within 60 days of purchase, along with a dated receipt. This won't affect your rights under our TurboTax Satisfaction Guarantee.

To get a replacement CD for TurboTax 2019–2021 software (or 2022 software beyond the 60-day replacement window), contact us for a downloadable copy. If you don't already have a download account with us, you'll need to set one up.

We no longer provide replacements for TurboTax 2018 or earlier software.
