[Event] Ask the Experts: Self-Employed & Gig Workers
Generally speaking, a single member LLC would be considered self-employed and would file a Schedule C. None of those categories would apply to that.
However, an LLC can elect to be taxed as an S Corporation (by filing Form 2553 with the IRS) or C Corporation (by filing Form 8832 with the IRS). These elections would not allow you to file a Schedule C and would require a separate Form 1120-S for the S Corporation or Form 1120 for a C Corporation.
You may want to contact Walmart to discuss if you are able to participate in their Marketplace without being one of the entities you mentioned. It may just be that they have stricter rules than does Amazon for participating as a Seller on their website.
