No. For the 2025 tax year, charitable contributions are itemized deductions on Schedule A. If your standard deduction is higher than your itemized deductions, you will not have any itemized deductions on your tax return.
Beginning in the 2026 tax year, individuals can deduct up to $1,000 ($2,000 if married filing jointly) for cash contributions to qualified charities, even when taking the standard deduction.
