I seemed to be having problems with this too and I cannot complete a simple task "complete a 2020 return" it may be that the company wants you to upgrade, it keeps asking me repeatedly I've spent 8 hours today did not go to work because I been trying to file and it is utmost frustrating. Even when I pre-select own a home or have dependents or want to or not to obtain all the most deductions? this is whack, I'm beyond frustrated
