I've been with an agent for over 75 minutes so far today while she researches how to change the designated tax year for that estimated payment. She found and acknowledged the payment within the first 5 minutes of the call, but has been returning to me every 5 to 7 minutes to tell me she is still reading and researching how to make the change to that payment. We've been connected now for 71 minutes and still going....
