Ok..... so I had to do the following... add ANOTHER vehicle and RE-ENTER the SAME information, then delete the first entry.
Looks like Turbo Tax fixed the issue, but it didn't apply to Vehicles already added. SUPER ANNOYING. and I WASTER SO MANY HOURS on this!
