The easiest way is to delete and enter as Less Common income.
1. Open your return and go to Wages & Income
2. Scroll down to Less Common Income and select Start next to Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C
3. On the Let’s Work on Any Miscellaneous Income screen, select Start next to Other reportable income and click Start
4. Enter WV Job jumpstart Program as description and the amount.
