Workforce WV Unemployment Compensation Division offered this program called the WV Job jumpstart Program that let people apply and see if they were eligible to receive a one time payment. I’m not sure what this would be categorized as, but when I try to include this form on my amended return TurboTax wants to put it in the self employed category. I’m not self employed, neither do I have my own business. I’m confused on where/how I should enter this form.
