Follow the steps provided by DoninGA above, but be sure you have already entered your Schedule C business income and expenses.
If you are using a CD/downloaded version of TurboTax, you can also get to the correct section by using these steps:
- Locate the search box in the upper right corner
- This opens a box where you can type in “sep accounts”
- The search results will give you an option to “Jump to sep accounts”
- Click on the blue “Jump to sep accounts” link to answer the questions and enter your information
