Form SE

I'am using Turbo Tax over 30 years for myself and for my client. I was trusted this program and I did not check if all form was print out. However, few days ego, my client come to to me with complain, that she was in Social Security Office and Social Security Officer, informed her, that from 2019 for today, she did not pay and did not has form SE. Before she did not have any problems. All times I had prepared the taxes in this same way. Because she and her husband, have two separate businesses and I prepared two separate Schedules C. But program calculated properly that schedules but did not produce two forms SE, only one for him, not for her. Because I have trust Turbo Tax, I did not check, if all forms was prepared by Turbo Tax Program. Let me know what I have to do in this situation and how I can fix this problem.
