I don't know what that means in relation to this thread. You didn't explain anything about your issue. What kind of name--the name on the return? Or a different user ID on an account that you can't find, etc.? This thread is for getting a copy of a 2015 tax return. If that's what you want, then what and where is the roadblock?
What product are you using (or used) for your 2018 return? If Online TurboTax what edition--Free, or a paid edition?
