It would go on the schedule c and you can still enter the cost of the good sold even without a receipt. As long as it isn't ridiculous, you will be fine. If you had a larger amount of sales like, $20000 and you put $15000 in Cost of goods Sold, IRS might come back and ask for receipts or do a search to figure out the cost.
