I am bit confused about how I can report my earnings as an independent contractor. The company that hired me is based in London and is wiring me the money through Paypal. How many forms do I need? Do I need to establish my self as a sole proprietor? Do I need to report my earnings quarterly? Is it just a 1099-MISC or a W9 as well?
